NEW BOOK, NEW JOURNEY

I am so excited to finally be writing this: after months of working on a project that ate at my brain for a long time, my manuscript is finally complete!

My Adult Historical Fantasy, THE CURSE OF MILA GOJSALIĆ, complete at 87,000 words, is a high-stakes retelling of two prominent Slavic myths—the mysterious death of King Zvonimir and the legend of Mila Gojsalić.

I have never been more passionate about telling someone's story. Mila's act of heroism is not well known, but a statue still stands outside of Gata, Croatia, in her honor. King Zvonimir is considered the last true, native ruler of Croatia before a thousand year curse befell the land. Although their legends took place in different centuries, I decided to combine them into one EPIC fantasy work.

I am very, very excited for this book to find a home, and my querying journey is already off to a good start...
